Meet Our Director of Operations
Jebby Mathew, MBA, MHA
Jebby Mathew was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He enjoys spending time with his family and dog, as well as being active outdoors. He also loves to travel and is looking forward to visiting more places, aside from the 42 countries he has already visited in his life time.
Jebby received his Bachelor of Art in Psychology from Emory University. He also holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Healthcare Management, both from the University of Houston. Prior to joining PINNACLE III, Jebby served multiple healthcare facilities in providing concurrent clinical and financial leadership. He brings expertise in clinic systems, hospitals systems, and ASC management to the Denver Surgery Center. As a leader, Jebby focuses on proactive stewardship to address key financial outcomes. His goal is to deliver excellent patient experience through compassionate leadership, implementation of evidence-based best practices, and promoting talent development.
Meet Our Clinical Director
Lisa Fagan, MSN, MBA
Lisa Fagan grew up in a small town in Minnesota. She enjoys hiking, camping, and the outdoors. Lisa received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the Denver School of Nursing. Upon graduation, she started her career in San Francisco, California where she worked as an OR Nurse, and eventually moved into to the role of Clinical Director for Vista Surgery Center in Downtown San Francisco. Lisa also holds a Master of Business degree and a Master of Science in Nursing degree, both from Regis University. Currently, Lisa is leading the Denver Surgery Center as the Clinical Director and employing her passion for high quality patient care in a surgery setting.
Meet Our Medical Director
James Sederberg II, MD
James Sederberg II, MD grew up in Denver, Colorado where he currently resides with his wife and two sons. He enjoys spending time outdoors, especially when riding his road and mountain bikes. He also is interested in nutrition therapy and its ability to heal the body. Dr. Sederberg II received a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Santa Clara University and graduated medical school at the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed his residency training at the University of
Colorado and his fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesia at the University of Colorado. He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Sederberg II has over 13 years of clinical experience and has worked at the VA in Denver, where he was awarded teacher of the year. He also served as an instructor for the Department of Anesthesiology at the University of Colorado.
Dr. Sederberg II is focused on leading Denver Surgery Center’s medical team in achieving clinical excellence and successful patient outcomes.
